Zalman Segal, founder and director of The BreakThrough Institute, is a highly respected and sought-after counselor, trainer and author. About 2 years ago I was about to enter business school. I thought that if I got an MBA, I'd make more money and be happy. Truthfully, the idea of a future in the corporate world seemed so hollow but I could see no other way to advance myself in my life.
